EFORE Key Account Sales Director (Consultant/Flexible Role)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates with strong regional connections in the Middle East, South America, and Europe)
Compensation: Fixed base salary + performance-based bonus
Job Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Key Account Sales Director with deep-rooted connections within our key customer’s national and regional markets. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with national general managers and decision-makers to secure orders for cabinets, power supplies, and batteries from turnkey projects awarded to our customer.
Despite being shortlisted at our customer’s headquarters, our products are often overlooked in favor of local suppliers due to weak regional oversight. We need a well-connected individual who can bridge the gap between the customer’s headquarters and its national/regional teams to ensure our products are prioritized in project procurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Establish and strengthen relationships with national general managers and decision-makers to drive direct orders for our products.
- Strategic Influence: Leverage personal networks to influence regional and local purchasing decisions, particularly in Brazil, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and other key markets.
- Sales Execution: Proactively work to win orders for cabinets, power supplies, and batteries from turnkey projects where our customer has secured contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on local procurement trends, decision-making processes, and key contacts to improve our positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of secured orders.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in the Telecom Industry:
Previously held positions such as National General Manager, Regional Product Director, or Regional Vice President.
- Strong Network:
Well-established personal relationships within the telecom industry at regional and national levels.
Deep connections in key markets like Brazil, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and Europe.
- Proven Sales & Influence Ability:
Track record of winning orders through personal connections and strategic influence.
Flexible Work Arrangement:
This role does not require full-time commitment; candidates can work as consultants with a performance-based compensation model.
